These Terms apply to the Buoy app ("Application"), a free service by Ricky Bahner ("Service Provider").

Acceptance By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.

License You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Application. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No Warranties The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any damages from use of the Application.

Termination The Service Provider may terminate or modify the Application or these Terms at any time without notice. Upon termination, your license ends; delete the Application.

Changes These Terms may update. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing Law Governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
